Refund policy

Last updated: 16 October 2026

At Arts & More, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. If something isn't right with your order, we're here to help.

This policy applies to orders delivered within the United Kingdom and does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

1. Changing Your Mind — 14-Day Cancellation Right

For most products purchased online, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, please email info@artsandmore.co.uk with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel.

Once you have notified us of your cancellation, you have a further 14 days to send the goods back.

You may inspect the products as you would in a physical shop. Please handle them with care and, where possible, return them with their original packaging and accessories. We may make a deduction from your refund if handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods has reduced their value.

2. Return Shipping Costs

If you change your mind: You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, unless we expressly agree otherwise.

If your item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described: We will cover reasonable return shipping costs where required by law and arrange an appropriate remedy.

We may occasionally offer a complimentary return or refund without requiring the item to be sent back. Such arrangements are made on a case-by-case basis and do not change your statutory rights.

3. How to Arrange a Return

Please contact info@artsandmore.co.uk with your order number and details of the item you wish to return.

We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address. Please do not send goods to our registered business address or directly to a supplier unless we have instructed you to do so.

Contacting us first helps us direct your return correctly. It does not restrict your legal right to cancel an eligible order by making a clear cancellation statement within the statutory period.

We recommend using a tracked postal service and retaining proof of postage.

4. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or develops a fault, please contact us as soon as possible at info@artsandmore.co.uk.

Include your order number, a description of the problem and, where available, photographs to help us resolve the issue promptly.

Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain unaffected. Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.

Our suppliers' reporting deadlines do not limit your statutory consumer rights.

5. Exceptions to Cancellation

The statutory right to cancel does not apply to certain goods, including, where relevant:

  • Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.

  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, once unsealed after delivery.

  • Other goods exempt from cancellation under applicable UK consumer law.

These exceptions do not remove your rights if goods are faulty or not as described.

Products purchased during a sale are not automatically excluded from statutory cancellation rights.

6. Refunds

Where you exercise your statutory right to cancel, we will refund the price of the cancelled goods and any eligible standard outbound delivery charge. If you selected a more expensive delivery method, we are not required to refund the additional cost above our least expensive standard delivery option.

We will issue the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the returned goods or receiving evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier. Where goods have not yet been dispatched, the applicable refund deadline is 14 days after we are informed of your cancellation.

Refunds will be made using your original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise. We will not charge a refund fee.

For faulty or incorrectly supplied goods, refunds and other remedies will be handled in accordance with your statutory rights.

7. Exchanges

If you would like a different product, please contact us. Depending on availability and the circumstances, we may arrange a replacement or ask you to return the original item and place a new order.
